Production and assembly of high load bearing capacity support structures for the entire production line, as well as power ducts and communication lines production and assembly. A special robotic line for the production of small auto parts needed its own base and organised pathway.

Wood Industry

Inlet ducts assembly in laminate factory

Installation of inlet ducts with additional modifications according to the drawings. The laminate production line needed modification on the cutting machine section. A motor-driven inlet duct was designed, adapted and assembled, and then connected to a 200 m silo for raw material collection. A solution designed for the specific needs of a production that does not want to waste raw materials.

Cosmetic Industry

Production line disassembly and relocation

Disassembly of machinery for the production and packaging of moisturising wipes. The production line had to be carefully disassembled, packed and moved to a new location. The line was split into several segments for better transport organisation, as the line was reassembled and production resumed as quickly as possible.

The exact position of the solar panels was determined using GPS. The lines were then marked, the modules were excavated and concreted, and the support structure for the solar panels was built. Finally, the solar panels were assembled.

Assembly of new and maintenance of old gravel excavation plants

Assembly of new floating and fixed conveyor belts for various gravel excavations, construction sand and other gravel materials according to the drawings. Maintenance of old plants in gravel pits consisted of the reconstruction of worn-out machine parts; repair and replacement of consumable parts (axles, conveyor belts, etc.).

Air conveyor disassembly and assembly
